Reservation Timing: To secure your desired items, we recommend placing reservations up to 1 year in advance of the event date. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due one full week before delivery.

Placing an Order: When you're ready to proceed with your order, simply contact our office at 813-506-4036. Our experienced event specialists will assist you in selecting the right items for your event. Reservations entail a 50% deposit and an acknowledgment of our rental contract.

Rental Duration for Weekend Events: For weekend events occurring on Saturdays or Sundays, most rentals are typically charged for one day, covering Saturday to Monday. Depending on our inventory and item availability, we may allow pick up or delivery the day before the event.

Delivery and Pickup: Delivery is available for orders totaling $250.00 or higher. Delivery starts at an additional $150.00, with potential adjustments based on distance or delivery complexity. Orders below $250.00 can generally be picked up by the customer from our store. Customers are urged to inspect items upon arrival and promptly report any damage, breakage, or missing equipment.

Setup and Breakdown Services: Our delivery crew handles the setup of items like tents, stages, and dance floors. However, chairs and tables are typically delivered under the tent or shelter area. Customers can opt for additional setup services at an extra fee, requiring arrangements days prior to delivery. Proper stacking of chairs and tables is essential for pickup, unless customers choose to forego setup and breakdown services to avoid additional fees.

Delivery Hours: Standard delivery hours are 9 am to 4 pm from Monday to Friday and 9 am to 3 pm on Saturdays. While deliveries can be accommodated 24 hours a day, an additional fee applies for deliveries outside normal hours

Damage Waiver : The Damage Waiver Fee covers rental items that have minor damages caused by normal wear and tear usage our products may endure during your event. Examples of normal wear and tear may include broken glassware or chinaware, stained linen, dented trays, or scratched flatware.The Damage Waiver Fee is non-refundable and taxable and cannot be waived. The Damage Waiver fee does not cover:

  • Theft or missing equipment
  • Damage resulting from vandalism or intentional or improper use
  • Damage due to items being left out in inclement weather
  • Damage to motors or electrical appliances caused by improper current/voltage
